# Weekly recap: June 14–15, 2026

> Everything that shipped this week in Adraa Inbox — grouped by new features, updates, and fixes.

A big week for **Broadcast**: send a WhatsApp template to a saved group, a filtered audience, or a list you upload from Excel — and organize your contacts with tags and language.

## New features

* **Broadcast page.** Reach many customers in one action from the new **Broadcast** page. See the [Broadcast guide](/guide/broadcast).
* **New broadcast composer.** Pick an approved WhatsApp [template](/guide/templates), choose an audience, review the live reach, and send.
* **Contact groups.** Create reusable named audiences from people who have messaged your workspace, search to add members, and edit groups any time. Each group shows how many members can be reached on WhatsApp.
* **Audience by filters.** Target contacts by tags, country, last assigned agent, last team, open/closed status, unread chats, language, and last-activity date range.
* **Import a list (Excel).** Download a sheet for your chosen template (a `phone` column plus a column per variable), fill one row per recipient, and upload it — each recipient gets their own variable values. CSV works too. See [Import a list](/guide/broadcast#import-a-list-excel).
* **Tags.** Apply labels to contacts from the [Contacts](/guide/contacts) page (create them inline) and target them in a broadcast.
* **Contact language.** Set a contact's language and broadcast in the right one.
* **Broadcast history.** Every send is recorded with its audience, template, and result — **completed**, **partial**, or **failed**.
* **Broadcast API.** Send to any audience with `POST /api/v1/broadcasts`. List groups with `GET /api/v1/contact-groups`, create one with `POST /api/v1/contact-groups`, or send to a saved group with `POST /api/v1/contact-groups/{groupId}/broadcasts`. Open **Broadcast** from the sidebar, choose **New broadcast**, and pick how you want to target your contacts.
