The **Analytics** page summarizes activity across your workspace so you can see where conversations come from and how your team handles them.

## What you can see

* **Conversations by channel** — the share of conversations from web chat, WhatsApp, Instagram, and email.
* **Agent activity** — how conversations are distributed across your team.

Use these views to spot which channels drive the most volume and to balance work across agents.
