# Billing & plans

> Plans, what each unlocks, and how channel usage is billed.

Manage your plan and billing under **Settings → Billing**.

## Plans

* **Free** — the shared inbox and core channels.
* **Pro** — adds AI features, including [AI replies](/guide/ai-replies) grounded in your [knowledge base](/guide/knowledge-base).

## Channel usage costs

Some channels carry costs from the provider that are separate from your Adraa Inbox plan:

* **WhatsApp** — Meta may bill for template messages (marketing, utility, authentication). Replies inside the 24-hour [service window](/guide/whatsapp#the-24-hour-service-window) are free. Costs depend on message category and the customer's country.

The billing page shows your current plan and relevant usage.
