The Broadcast page can now reach far more than a saved group. Compose a broadcast by picking a template, then target exactly who should receive it.

New

  • New broadcast composer. Pick a template, choose an audience, review the live reach, and send.
  • Audience by filters. Target contacts by tags, country, last assigned agent, last team, open/closed status, unread chats, language, and last-activity date range.
  • Import a list (Excel). Download a sheet for your template (a phone column plus a column per variable), fill one row per recipient, and upload it. Each recipient gets their own variable values; CSV works too. See the Broadcast guide.
  • Tags. Apply labels to contacts from the Contacts page (create them inline) and target them in a broadcast.
  • Contact language. Set a contact’s language and broadcast in the right language.
  • API. Send to any audience with POST /api/v1/broadcasts. See the API reference.
