- Zapier integration. Trigger Zaps when a new message, conversation, or contact arrives, and run inbox actions — send a reply, assign or close a conversation, set contact tags, send a WhatsApp broadcast — from any app Zapier supports. See the Zapier guide.
- Quick replies. Save canned responses with a short code, keywords, and optional variables, then insert them from the composer as inline suggestions or from the picker. Scope each reply to everyone, specific teams, or just you. See the Quick replies guide.
- Variables in quick replies. Use numbered placeholders like
{{1}}and{{2}}— Adraa Inbox prompts for each value before dropping the finished text into the composer. - iOS support for quick replies. Inserting quick replies works on both the web and iOS apps (creating and editing stays on the web).

- Manage teams from channel settings. Create and manage agent groups (teams) directly from WhatsApp, Instagram, or Email channel settings. Groups are shared across the workspace and can be used for inbox assignment, email routing, and quick reply availability.
- Create conversations via API. Open a new email or web conversation — optionally with a first message — using
POST /api/v1/conversations. See the API reference. - Close and reopen conversations via API. Change a conversation’s status with
POST /api/v1/conversations/{conversationId}/closeandPOST /api/v1/conversations/{conversationId}/reopen. - List messages via API. Page through messages across the workspace with
GET /api/v1/messages, filtered by conversation, channel, direction, or date range. - Set contact tags via API. Replace the full set of tags on a contact in one call with
PUT /api/v1/contacts/{contactId}/tags, and list every tag in the workspace withGET /api/v1/tags. - Sort list endpoints. Conversations, contacts, and messages now accept sort parameters so you can pull the newest (or oldest) records first.
