Channel usage costs
Some channels carry costs from the provider that are separate from your Adraa Inbox plan:- WhatsApp — Meta may bill for template messages (marketing, utility, authentication). Replies inside the 24-hour service window are free. Costs depend on message category and the customer’s country.
